What is the difference between premium apartments, deluxe apartments and luxury apartments ? is it no of rooms

I have seen same builder mentioning one block as premium apartments ( consists of 2 BHK ) and other block as deluxe apartment (consists of 3 BHK) in Bangalore. Is the number of rooms is the main criteria ?

It's all marketing baloney. If you are interested in them just go and see them and make your own judgment.

Certain builders are classifying their apartments to specify the facilities they have provided and to differentiate it from the other. It is possible that tone builders' Deluxe facility may be equal to other one's luxury. No standard classifications available.

You can see the advertisements like

Luxurious apartments with party lawns, floral walk and exclusive amenities.

A full fledged Club will have facilities like swimming pool, squash, badminton, indoor games, gym, health club, pool / billiards, table tennis, basket ball, home theatre, party areas, coffee Shop.

Shopping Mall , will house besides coffee shop, restaurants, food court and an 11-screen multiplex.

some Luxurious apartments have Servant rooms, mini bar in side one flat. Health clubs in common like that the facilities will differ one from the other.
